The Sony Ericsson Vivaz, the company’s feature phone follow-up to the touchscreen Satio, just got official this morning, and to whet your appetite further, we’ve got a gallery stuffed full of piccies. Read on to see them!
In case you missed the announcement, the Sony Ericsson Vivaz scales down the absurd resolution on the 12.1 megapixel Satio, but still packs a very reasonable 8.1MP camera, along with all the connectivity bobbins you could need, including HSDPA and Wi-Fi for fast surfing, and GPS.

We’ve since confirmed that the Sony Ericsson Vivaz does not use the UX platform seen on the Xperia X10, so anyone hoping for the latter’s “Infinity buttons” is out of luck, but we’re quietly confident Sony Ericsson’s improved on the Satio with the Sony Ericsson Vivaz.
