The Sony Ericsson Vivaz: that’s the official name for the Kurara Symbian follow up phone to the Satio we heard rumours about late last year. All the details have just been spilled, and we’ve got them all right here for you.
The Sony Ericsson Vivaz has been outed in detail courtesy of an early press release set live on the internet, and since removed. Like the Satio, it runs Symbian S60 5th edition (not Android, like the Xperia X10), and it packs an 8.1 megapixel camera, 3.2-inch sharp WVGA screen, 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS and TV out.
Sony Ericsson Kurara: Satio-alike touchscreen coming 2010
The Sony Ericsson Vivaz will ship before March in silver, black, blue or ruby. There’s no word yet whether it will run Sony Ericsson’s new UX platform (the company told us it could run on both Android and Symbian), but if we don’t hear anything official soon, you can bet it’ll be on show at Mobile World Congress next month.
