Motorola‘s managed quite the turnaround in the last few months, courtesy of Android and some beefy new smartphones, and its new Google-only approach is only going to ramp up this year: Moto top brass say we can expect as many as 30 Android blowers from them this year.
Cnet Asia sat down with Spiros Nikolakopoulos, Motorola’s vice president for Asiac Pacfific at the giant’s Mobile Devices division recently, and the exec let slip that Motorola will release “20 and 30 smartphones globally and, at this moment, all of them will run Android.”

Nikolakopoulos also said that it would continue to release non-Android dumbphones running on Brew or Motorola’s own mobile OS, but that’s a huge number for a company that’s managed four Android phones in the last four months.
