When we hit up the Sony stand and had a play with the Dash, we were gutted to see it was plugged into the mains, making it more of a photo frame than a wireless wonder like the similar Toshiba JournE Tablet.
It comes packing a 7-inch LCD screen, with access to 1,000 free apps and built in stereo speakers, which should at least give the Sony Dash a bit of an edge on its rivals.
The model we went hands on with was a prototype, but Sony promised us that the Dash will rock a keyboard for telling your pals your thoughts through Facebook. Take a look at our snaps now and see what you think.
