Sharp sent our jaws to the floor at their press conference yesterday with new screen technology adding yellow pixels to the usual red, green and blue to create eye-popping colours and wonderfully sharp images. But that’s not all they’ve been showing off. Take a look at our booth tour, and get a virtual peep at the CES show floor.
As you’d expect, Sharp’s new QuadPixel technology took pride of place, along with the LE820 series TVs supporting it. There was more though. Sharp showed a full 3D TV with a built in 3D Blu-ray player. Smart move, we reckon.
To one side of Sharp’s CES booth was a solar car too, powered by Sharp’s sun-sucking panels. Check out our pictures to see the booth in full.
