The Kempler and Strauss W Phonewatch has had the LG Watchphone in its sights since it was first unleashed Stateside back in October last year. We’ve managed to nab a few hands-on snaps of it in action here at CES in Las Vegas, so hop in and take a peek.
It might not be as natty as its LG rival, but the W Phonewatch does have a stack of decent features, with a video camera, regular snapper, touchscreen and Bluetooth 2.0 for hooking up your headphones.
When we quizzed the top brass behind the W Phonewatch about UK availability, we were told that if you bought it online, it’d work just dandy with a British SIM. And seeing as it only costs $200 (£160), we know where our money’s headed.
