We were hoping Asus would come through with something truly bonkers here at CES and it really hasn’t disappointed. The Asus NX90 series laptop is a monster, with a polished aluminium surface and a massive lid with speakers sitting on the side of the screen.
There’s no doubting that the Asus NX90 will be turning heads here in Vegas. Johnny Shih, Asus’ CEO, says it’s inspired by the grand piano and violin, with a design that would, “…make the Bauhaus proud.”

Shih reckons the speakers slapped on the outside will give an all new entertainment experience, making you feel like you’re actually at the gig you’re gawping at on the display.
The Asus NX90 also packs two trackpads, with a regular one down the bottom and a touchy feely effort on the side.
