Super Street Fighter IV is due to hit Sony PS3 and Xbox 360 in Spring 2010 and Capcom has revealed some of the new stages for its globetrotting battles.
Capcom Unity has posted 20 images of new Super Street Fighter IV levels and we’ve grabbed a selection of the best for you.
Our favourite is the new African stage where your Super Street Fighter IV battles will be observed by meercats and hippos. In an RPSCA taunting move, you’ll also be able to knock the hippos over.
The new Metro City stage, Mike Haggar (from Final Fight) can be seen making a cameo as a giant shirtless statue. Capcom Unity notes that the statue was “constructed by your Metro City mayor, Mike Haggar”.
We’re also quite taken with the really detailed Korea stage and the India level with its wandering cows and what we’re told is a cameo appearance from Dhalsim’s pretty and decidedly unstretchy wife, Sari.
