The Nokia N900 lands on Vodafone in the new year, that much we already knew. But if you just can’t wait that long for the Maemo 5 fuelled machine on contract, there is a way to nab it with a tariff sooner. Read on to find out how.
The Nokia N900 will be available on 7 January through Vodafone stores, Nokia has told us, but it’s also being sold with a tariff on the network via Carphone Warehouse. Carphone will be stocking it online for a fortnight beforehand, with the Nokia N900 going on sale on Boxing Day. Carphone’s high street stores will get the phone from 14 January meanwhile.

Carphone Warehouse says it will sell the Nokia N900 for free on a £35, 24 month contract with 900 minutes and unlimited texts, which is par for the course for flagship smartphones these days, although Vodafone has told us pricing is still to be confirmed for its own offerings.
The Nokia N900 is available to pre-order via the Carphone Warehouse or buy through Nokia (SIM-free) now, and you can register for updates on Vodafone’s site too.
