Rockstar Games’s Beaterator music game has jumped from the PSP to the iPhone. What does losing buttons and gaining a touchscreen do for Rockstar’s least violent game?
A collaboration between Rockstar and Timbaland, we found Beaterator on the PSP pretty addictive. But now you can get hold of it in a touchscreen tweaked version for a fraction of the price.
Beaterator on the iPhone will set you back just £2.99 (compared to £14 for the PSP version on Amazon). It’ll let you alter and add effects to sounds, transpose samples and layer loops. You can also sling the tunes you create onto the Rockstar Social Club site.
Beaterator for iPhone is out now if you fancy grabbing it. If you’ve played it, let us know what you think. And if you fancy something a little more brutal, try our review of GTA IV: The Ballad Of Gay Tony.
