tweetdeck-listsDesktop Twitter client Tweetdeck has pushed out a new update that includes native support for Twitter’s official Lists feature and the newly released Retweet function. You’ll also now find geo-location baked right in and LinkedIn has joined the myriad social networks it can now post to.

Tweetdeck has long supported groups as a way to manage the list of people you follow on Twitter, although any groups you created were only accessible through Tweetdeck. Now with native Twitter Lists support, your groups can travel across multiple applications. You can even export a Tweetdeck group to a Twitter List.

When it comes to passing on an interesting tweet to your followers, Tweetdeck now supports both the manual RT style or the new official Twitter Retweet function. You can choose on a tweet by tweet basis which you prefer or settle for a single style all the time.

If a tweet includes location data, that’s now flagged in the client too and the ability to access and update LinkedIn has been added, alongside existing networks such as Facebook and MySpace.

Finally, the 0.32 release has received a visual spit and polish, plus the usual holes plugged and bugs squished. Click below for the full video run through.
