Snoop Dogg has lent his dulcet tones to TomTom for its latest celebrity voice guide, letting you get your directions straight from the D, O double G himself. Want to know what he says and where to get it? Read on.
TomTom loves to flog celebrity soundalike custom voices for its satnavs, but Snoop Dogg, ever the fan of gadgetry, has actually recorded this new one, now on sale for £7.95, himself.
Snoop Dogg headphone come in gang colours
We’ve refrained from making “Izzle” references but you can get a sample of just what he says here: in the right mood, and the right car, being told to put in some Snoop Dogg while you go “round and round” the roundabout, then being told you’re fly, might actually not be annoying. Unfortunately, since we don’t have hydraulics on our car, we can’t confirm this.
Unbelievably, Snoop Dogg has also recorded some extra sound effects you can buy for 79p too, including his rendition of a police siren. And should you live in the US, you can also pick up a bunch of Snoop Dogg POIs (No, really), including directions to the Staples Centre in LA, Roscoe’s Chicken N Waffles, Foot Locker, and Times Square.
You can buy the Snoop Dogg voice for your TomTom over at the VoiceSkins website, now. Word.
