motorola-milestoneGreat as the US-only Motorola Droid is (peep our full review to find out just how great), the Android smartphone has one glaring weakness: no multitouch. Well, that’s all set to change, with Motorola revealing that the Euro edition, the Motorola Milestone, will come bristling with multitouch loveliness.

The press release for the Motorola Milestone reveals that the smartphone will come with multitouch and pinch & zoom, bringing it more into line with the iPhone than previous Android phones. Good stuff.

The Motorola Milestone is hitting the UK on 7 December, exclusively on Expansys (it should be available on networks early next year).
