Modern Warfare 2 may pack in an incredible single player adventure, but there’s no denying it’s a tad on the short side. Clocked it already? There’s good news then: Infinity Ward has confirmed that DLC is on the way for early next year.
Right about the time Modern Warfare 2 online multiplayer finally starts to get a little dry, Infinity Ward will be stepping in with some added downloadable content in the Spring.
“DLC is planned fir the wonderfully vauge timeframe of Spring. I’ll let you know when we know when it’ll be done [sic]“, Robert Bowling, community manager of Infinity Ward confirmed over Twitter.

I’m not personally interested in the multi player. I’ve enjoyed all the Call of Duty games single player stories and I’m really hoping for some extension to the insanely stressful, yet thrill-a-minute fun. There’s just too many great games out there to spend an eternity playing the same thing over an over again.
I know what you mean – the list is so long at the moment. And New Super Mario Bros is SO HARD!
Modern Warfare multiplayer is one of, if not simply the best example of multiplayer around at the moment. Seamless, quick and addictive – it’s worth a look!
