Frog Design has heeded our call to bring British shows to tvChatter, its TV show tweet-along iPhone app. The first British show to make the grade? The X-Factor!
We told you yesterday about Frog Design’s tvChatter iPhone app which is available now for free from the iTunes App Store. We loved the idea of being able to watch tweets about a particular show and tweet our opinions at the same time.
The only trouble with tvChatter was the fact that it included only US shows. But it seems the folk at Frog Design are Electric Pig readers. They tweeted us to say they’ve added The X-Factor as the first British TV show on the app today.
To tweet about X-Factor from the tvChatter app, hop over to the iTunes Store, download it for free and stick in your Twitter details. Then navigate to X-Factor in the TV show list.
You’ll be presented with a scrolling feed of tweets related to the show. To read, reply or rewet to a particular message just tap it. You can tweet your own comments in the box at the bottom of the screen. Don’t worry about adding a “#xfactor” tag, the app will do it for you.
If you’re one of the many thousands of people who tweet about the X-Factor on Saturdays and Sundays, grab tvChatter and give it a go. While you’re there grab the Electric Pig iPhone app too. Let us know what you think.
Out now | £free | iTunes (via Frog Design)
