You’re looking at the BlackBerry Pearl 9100 here, people. It’s the next model in the super slim, massively popular Pearl series, but this time, it packs the slick exec looks of a Bold 9700 and the optical trackpad with the SureType keyboard to keep thing svelte.
CrackBerry’s snagged a bunch of pics of the BlackBerry Pearl 9100 up close, showing off that new posh black finish. We’re told it’s rocking 3G this time, so it’s looking increasingly hopeful that RIM is now abandoning 2G across its whole line.

The big news on the BlackBerry Pearl 9100 is the new optical trackpad’s appearance though, meaning the days of lint clogging up the trackball are over.
Of course, RIM will still be pretending the BlackBerry Pearl 9100 doesn’t exist for a while to come, but now it’s out in the hands of eager moles, we’d expect more news to start trickling through imminently.
