We told you yesterday about Nokia’s plans for a more cloud connected mobile and phone service than ever before, but now the company’s come through with the video from its stargazing presentation. Want to know what Espoo thinks your phone will do in five years’ time? Read on for the clip.
This video was shown at Nokia’s The Way We Live Next conference in Finland this week, and as well as the thin, keyboardless N900 style devices it shows, it’s a great look into what Nokia is trying to do with its Ovi services as well, by making all your data accessible all the time, and merging it to get results.
Nokia teases 2015 twin screen phone!
There’s quite a buzz to be had when you realise we’re already well down the road towards some of these features, such as intelligent search of your past travels – Google Latitude’s new feature does just that!
You also get a chance to see what could be the ultimate goal of Nokia’s netbook ambitions, with a concept shown of a modular twin screen smart-book device, which also carries a smaller phone with all the same cloud access.
Give the Nokia video a whirl now and see for yourself what your future phone could be like, but be warned: some of the accents are more cringeworthy than your dad trying to body pop.
