Xbox 360The new Xbox 360 802.11n wireless adaptor doesn’t exactly sound thrilling but it’ll give you a faster WiFi connection to your beloved console. We’ve been talking about it for months now but it’s finally popped up in ASDA. Read on for all the details…

Microsoft admitted the existence of the Xbox 360 802.11n wireless adaptor way back in September but it has only just emerged into the wild.

Engadget has got hold of a shot of the Xbox 360 802.11n wireless adaptor on the shelf at an as-yet-unpecified ASDA. It’s priced at £49.00 (the same price as the current wireless adaptor is up for on ASDA Direct).

Does this mean the Xbox 360 802.11n wireless adaptor is now on sale or has a cack-handed shelf stacker simply stuck it there a bit too early? We’ve checked the Tesco site too and it’s still showing the old wireless adaptor.
