Somewhere like a kitchen/dining room area or a living room, it's surprisingly intuitive to do just that, at least for basic web grazing - I've tried with an Eee Top and it's surprisingly natural. I would suggest the best way to go touchscreen on the iMac isn't to dish out thousands for the Troll touch but just buy the new Magic Mouse which is touch intuitive. I don't envisage anyone holding their hands in the air for hours at a time whilst they operate a desktop despite how cool the minority report scene is. A 'touchscreen' mouse makes much more sense.
