There is a way to get around this

By going to the following: Browser -> Options -> Broswer Configuration -> Browser Identification -> Firefox, you will be telling the sites that you visit that you are visiting the site as a FireFox user, even though you're using the BlackBerry browser. This should help provide better support.

Failing that, look at the “Bolt” browser, it's in the App World and is free. However, I recommend connecting via WiFi when using the Bolt Browser, as it loads websites like it would on the desktop version of FF/IE and hence consumes data like nobody's business. It even loads and displays the full desktop Facebook site correctly! Or at least, it used to.

They're in the top 5 manufacturers by market share... Opera have managed to build a browser for this platform - I'm sure Mozilla could make the effort if they really wanted to. I've been a Firefox user for many years & have been waiting for the mobile version of Firefox for a while - seems now that I'll be moving over to Opera or Chrome. Why not for the blackberry?
