Queen Rock Band is already being lined up. But for those who prefer to go a bit more, well, mental, then how about The Who Rock Band? Well, Roger Daltry has as good as confirmed there’ll be one featuring his huge hair and Pete Townshend’s windmilling guitars next year.
When quizzed about the possibility of The Who Rock Band by US paper The Republican, Daltry said, “The game, yeah, yeah, they’re going to do a Who one next year. There is one planned.”

It would certainly be a shift from the cool, but conservative take on The Beatles. Presumably the drum kit would be huge and you’d have to be a tad unhinged to get behind it, a la Keith Moon.
Daltry went on to say that, “The idea is fabulous. Anything that gets non-musical people interested in music is wonderful.” Too true Rog. Now if we can have Won’t Get Fooled Again thrown in, we’ll be happy plastic rockers indeed.
