hoffGot issues? Need an answers to life’s biggest problems? Then David Hasslehoff is here to answer your queries with a new iPhone app. Called Ask The Hoff, it’s “the only way to make important decisions at home or work,” according to the Hoff’s people.

The concept is simple. You ask a question, shake your iPhone and the Hoff will provide an answer. But it’s not just a friendly voice. Ask The Hoff rocks a neat animated version of the “most watched man on TV” telling you how to work through problems with the missus or work-based nightmares.

Hoff says he has two iPhones, so he can make two calls at once. Presumably his advice won’t run to doubling up on Apple’s blower and spending a fortune each month on bills.

Ask The Hoff iPhone app is out now for 99p on the App Store.

More useless iPhone shovelware. I’m sure iPhone users will love showing their friends down the winebar… Along with the other tripe they paid for on the Apps Store…

App Store seems to be the new Wii. Totally useless but hyped beyond belief.

Sure it the app’s silly, but just a bit of fun. I’d hardly call the App Store useless. Loads of our readers (and some of writers, not including me) use it and it’s ace for loads of smartphone savvy extras.
