windows-7-whopperThought holding a Windows 7 party was the only way you could show your appreciation for Microsoft’s all new OS? Think again. The hunger for the Big M in Japan is clearly more voracious than here in Blighty, with Microsoft teaming up with Burger King to unleash the Windows 7 Whopper.

Obviously getting your pals to crowd around a laptop to big up the joys of Aero Peek and Home Group is a hungry business. Which is where the Windows 7 Whopper comes in. Only up for grabs in Japan, this monster crams in seven, yes that’s SEVEN, patties, to celebrate the release of the new operating system.

There ain’t no party like a Microsoft Windows 7 party

As promo moves go, it’s pretty special, even by Microsoft’s standards. We’ve seen smaller burgers served up in In and Out burger in Vegas. This thing’s the size of a human head. And lord knows how you’ll feel once you’ve chowed down on a septuple Whopper.

It makes the much-maligned Quadstacker look like a positively healthy choice. Still, if it gets you to slap down for a copy of Windows 7 Home Premium., who’s complaining?

Out now | £149 for Windows Home Premium | Microsoft (via Electronista)

I never usually mind that much when a new gadget is Japan-only, but this? No fair, I want one!
