The cheaper Mac Mini, kicking off at £499, now includes a 2.26GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor, 2GB of RAM, NVIDIA graphics, five USB ports and a SuperDrive. For £649, you can land yourself the mid-range model now packing a 2.53 Ghz processor, 320GB of space for movies, music and files and 4GB of RAM.

But if you really want more, then the new top end £799 Mac Mini is for you. It includes two 500GB HDDs and is configured with OS X Snow Leopard server, making it perfect for web upstarts. It’s just 2-inches tall, so will slip into any cubby hole you’ve got on a shelf or under your desk.
