Apple is priming a spanking new Mac Pro which punters will be able to push up to a frankly insane 128GB of RAM. There’ll also be an exclusive Intel processor, That’s the word from rumour hounds, who’ve dug up the gossip on the all new Mac Pro.
The new Mac Pro is being lined up for “early 2010″ according to the chaps at Hardmac. As well as that hefty RAM, there’ll be an exclusive six-core Intel processor, dubbed Gulftown, which will be known as Intel Core i9.

On top of that, there’ll be 10Gbit Ethernet and 8GB and 16GB RAM modules in the new Mac Pro, which will take that capacity up to the aforementioned 128GB if you’re feeling minted and in need of such monster speeds.
There’s no news on whether the classic aluminium design will get a refresh. But with Jonny Ive beavering away behind the scenes while current Apple gadgets get the slightest of tickles, don’t be surprise to see a sleek new look come next year.
