The Asus Eee Keyboard is edging closer to release and now a slew of new info has hit the web. Best of all, details of the killer machine’s ultra wide band (UWB) system have been unleashed, explaining just how it’ll spit hi-def flicks onto your hi-def TV.
UWB is already kicking it in the Leyio USB, but it seems far more intuitive in the Eee Keyboard. The idea is simple. Plug the bundled receiver into your telly and it’ll pick up wireless video transmissions.
Elsewhere, Asus has kept specs the same as we’ve reported previously, with Wi–Fi, Bluetooth, HDMI, three USB ports and the aforementioned UWB antenna inside.
Previous word had placed the Eee Keyboayd for release in October. That’s now, so stay tuned for official word from Asus very soon indeed.
