LG and Samsung have been battling in the cheap smartphone stakes of late, but the LG GM750 ups the ante by slapping on a full smartphone OS on top of some impressive specs.

Underneath the LG G,750′s S-Class interface and Windows Mobile 6.5, there’s 3G, Wi-Fi and GPS, a microSD slot and a five megapixel camera. LG has cut corners on the 3-inch screen a tad, as we found the LG GM750′s display wasn’t brilliantly responsive, though that wasn’t helped by the absolutely tiny option buttons Microsoft persists with in Windows Mobile 6.5.
But what the LG GM750 is though is a fully fledged smartphone in a tiny shell, and we’re expecting a tiny price too when it launches on Vodafone this month. Check it out up close in our photo gallery here and stay tuned for more coverage.
