Our friends over at FoneHome have got some face time with the Sony Ericsson Xperia X2 and wisely used it to film it in the flesh. We’ve already had a glimpse of Windows Mobile 6.5 running on the HTC Touch2, but it’s looking even tastier on the powerful Sony Ericsson Xperia X2. That’s down to the returning panel skin draped over the top of it, which lets you customise your homescreen with different widgets and shortcuts depending on the time of the day, and it looks dazzling.

    Last time I was choosing a phone to buy I saw the original Xperia, got excited and eager to try it out only to be left vastly put off by how it felt. The keys were too small the interface felt a bit poo and I quickly put it down. This looks a lot better though, if not a bit cramped. Keys look a little bigger too which is an improvement.

      The original Xperia was far too small, I agree. If you notice on this one, the keys aren’t island layout anymore, which means they should be bigger and easier to push so here’s hoping.
