The Sigma DP1s isn’t the first camera we’ve seen this week to get the letter S slapped on the end of it, but if you’re a fan of the original mighty compact snapper, the new improved model is great news nonetheless. Read on for the full details.
We dig a compact with retro styling, and the Sigma DP1s is draped in it. Although it’s still got the same 14MP resolution as the original Sigma DP1, it promises tweaked image capture, particularly on backlit scenes.
The Sigma DP1s also offers a more advanced Quick Set function so you can set favourite modes for easy access, and there’s RAW shooting as well for more serious shutterbugs. There’s no word on pricing or availability just yet but we’ll shout up when we get it.
