The Dell Latitude Z was announced a few hours back in the US, but has now wormed its way on to Dell’s UK site, ready to order. It’s quite customisable, with options for everything including a 256GB SSD, but the base price Dell Latitude Z with a 1.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo chip and running Windows Vista will set you back £1,319.

Bear in mind before you hit up the order button that the Dell Latitude Z wireless dock comes as a separate accessory (£159) so the real price you’ll pay to gain the benefits is £1,478.
