asus-mk90According to Asus, the Eee PC MK90 is a dream come true for little Disney princesses. And it’s not just the pink paint job that makes it suitable for small humans – it’s splash and bump proof to boot! Read on to find out if you should be asking Derek in accounts to order you one up.

Colourful livery aside, it’s a fairly bog standard netbook under the hood. It sports a 1024×600 res 8.9in screen and is powered by the usual Intel N270 chip/1GB of memory one-two combo.

The hard drive is a largish 160GB and all the usual ports (VGA, three USB, network, audio) are accounted for. There’s Wi-Fi as you’d expect and a slot for SDHC memory cards.

If Princess Pink isn’t your favoured colour scheme, then it’s also available in Magic Blue. It stretches 248x173x29mm and weighs in at an unlikely to crush a child 1.2Kg.
