It seems Sony’s leaky sieve has let through a mighty morsel of info, with minutes of a meeting between the Sony and Sega pegging PS3 Motion Control for release in March 2010. That’s better than the vague Spring 2010 we were told at E3. Keep reading for all the gossip.
The chaps at NeoGAF have managed to lay their mitts on a document which details a powwow between SCEA and Sega. And right under the header “Motion Controller” comes this titbit: “Spring 2010 launch (March in JP).”
For those at the back, JP means Japan, meaning it’ll unsurprisingly land in the Far East before it hits shelves in Europe and the US. However, pricing and bundle details were due to be handed over in 1 September according to the minutes. Clearly that means internally, but with the Tokyo Games Show this week, expect official word soon.
