AlienwareAlienware only dropped its M17x interstellar gaming laptop back in June, but it looks like the beefy games box maker is about to declassify another, and just in time for the Tokyo Game Show. Read on to see how we know.

Alienware has dropped word on its official Facebook page of an “invasion” about to take place at the Japanese trade show “that will shake the gaming world to its foundation.” Those our strong words, so we can’t wait to see what’s been stuffed inside. We can’t exactly see a desktop doing that, no matter how powerful so our money’s on a new gaming laptop.

Now of course the Dell owned company may have fallen prone to the same hyperbole disease as Sony Ericsson this week, but we’re more than willing to be proved wrong on this and get blown away completely. What it’ll be? A 3D Alienware rig? A laser trackpad? Or just some extra RAM? At any rate, Alienware has nabbed allpowerful.com to make everything known as and when, so read into that what you will.

Alienware doesn’t say when we’ll be catching the official news, but with the Tokyo Game Show geting into full swing this Thursday, we’d expect an annoucement sometime this week, so keep watching the skies.
