I agree. Leaving Wi-Fi multiplayer out of PSP Minis just seems short-sighted. OK, so they're "mini games" but by that argument so are the iPhone's games. And they can hop online, download extra content, play against people across the world... or across the room. It's a shortfall I hope Sony will make up. Oh, and yes, Monkey Island is as awesome on the iPhone as it was on my crumbly PC back in the 90s!

Hi Mark

I do, but if the iPhone can do this, why can't the PSP Minis? Sony made a huge deal of these at Gamescom, but these are pretty big misses, especially as the iPod touch and iPhone are going from strength to strength.

I'd refute the suggestion that Apple doesn't have proper games. Assassin's Creed II looks awesome and our own James Holland loves Monkey Island. Sure, PSP games are more involved, but I still think that with Apple's efforts, Sony should revisit the Minis and add these features.

Cheers

??? You of course realise that the full PSP games support all those features, so won't be losing anything to Apple.

Apple does not have proper games on the iPod however, everything is a "mini".
