We knew the INQ Mini 3G titchy candybar with social networking skills sewn in was due out on 3 at some point this year, but now we know when and for how much. Sure, smartphones are getting cheaper but wait until you peep the pricetag on this’un – read on to scope it.
The INQ Mini 3G was already shaping up to be a tasty replacement for the chubby INQ1 Facebook phone, thanks to almost all the same instant messaging platforms thrown in (plus Twitter) plus a 2 megapixel camera, 3.5mm audio and even mobile broadband tethering. But now we know how much, or little, the INQ Mini 3G will set you back on launch: just £59.99 on PAYG, or free on 3’s £15 a month Internet Texter plan.
As for a release date for the INQ Mini 3G? You’re looking at early October to get your paws all over this one. The INQ1 will still be sold alongside it, but unless you really need that slide action in your life you’ll want to opt for the INQ Mini 3G, or even the INQ Chat 3G whenever it graces us with its presence.
