After years of sitting tight, it seems Gran Turismo 5 has at last been dated. The racer is due to drop on 4 December according to gaming sources. As well as the game, there’s also chatter about a PS3 Slim bundle to boot. Read on gamers and get excited.
Getting het up about plans for Gran Turismo 5 goes as far back as excitement over the initial PS3 launch. Praise be, then, that GT5 has at last been given a release date. French site Jeux Video says it’s due to land on 4 December, with a special PS3 Slim in tow.
There is one small issue though. Sony won’t confirm the release date, offering a no comment when badgered. However, its own publicity has previously said that Gran Turismo 5 will be dropping at the end of 2009.
It all adds up to a killer time for GT fans, with Gran Turismo PSP also slated for the same time as the PSPgo release.
