A Spotify S60 app to get all that music streaming goodness on your Nokia smartphone has just been demoed, and we’ve peeped the first video of it already. Read on to see it in action!
Spotify has sure been busy today: as well as releasing the long awaited Spotify mobile apps for Android and iPhone, it’s confirmed offline mode for PCs is coming, and now shown off a Spotify streaming app running on an Symbian S60 fueled phone.
It’s still stuck in development, but the Spotify S60 app looks just as adept at song chucking, offline caching and album artwork as the current pair, and like the Android version, will run in the background.
That’s great news for anyone with a snazzy Nokia or Samsung, and without the need for either company to approve its release first, shouldn’t mean any waiting around, praying on hands and knees.
Have a first look at Spotify S60 app right here in the hands-on preview and we’ll be back with more when we hear it!
