Samsung outed its Beat DJ–packing R1 MP3 player earlier this week. And sure, it looks ace in all those official snaps. But you’d rather see this mash–up machine in the wild, right? Goodo, because we’ve got a slew of hands–on snaps of the Samsung R1 for you to peruse.
The R1 packs in the same Beat DJ tech found on the Sammy phone of the same name. That means you can mix tunes on the go and generally make like Nathan Barley on the bus. Minus the geek pie hair do.
Inside there’s 8 or 16GB of storage, a 400×240 screen, DivX support for getting friendly with all your videos and the TouchWiz UI found on Samsung’s mobile line up.
