LEGO Rock Band tracks will be exportable to other versions of Rock Band, Harmonix has confirmed. Keep reading for all the latest gossip.
Admit it, you secretly want LEGO Rock Band even though it is a silly idea. It may be two licences smooshed together for nothing but filthy lucre – but one of those licences is LEGO and, well, who doesn’t love LEGO?
Happily, we bring you news that will make paying for the LEGO spin-off just a little more justifiable. Harmonix has announced that you will be able to dump all the tracks from LEGO Rock Band to your console’s hard drive and play them in Rock Band/Rock Band 2. Vice-versa, you can take your RB/RB2 tracks let your moshing minifigs jam to them in LEGO: RB.
Don’t get your hopes up if you are into both LEGO and The Beatles, though – The Beatles: Rock Band tracks will be exempt for – we assume – licensing reasons. Bah.
