Big news broke in camera land, with Sony unveiling a slate of new DSLRs: first there was the full frame a850 for around a cool £2k, but the Japanese giant followed up with a quick one two of mid-level DSLRs, the a550 and a500. We also got hands-on with the Coolpix S1000pj, the first compact with a projector of its very own built in.
Elsewhere, Nokia outed the N900 tablet ahead of Nokia world and we peeped all the official photos, and Vodafone announced the roll out of its new high speed mobile broadband network.
Finally, Google’s just made a million more books available online. Fast work!
