psp-go_black_open-angleSony’s PSPgo will take dead aim at the iPhone’s App Store by featuring games at comparably cheap prices. Read on for all the details.

According to Pocket Gamer, Sony will announce the pricing for downloadable PSPgo titles at next week’s Gamescom show in Cologne – but those prices have already been leaked: the games will be priced a €1, €2 and €5, which is roughly the same as App Store games for the iPhone and iPod touch. In fact, Apple will have pricier games than Sony – with The Sims 3 and Real Racing currently priced at £5.99.

PSPgo games will be available to download through the PlayStation Network.
