Since we re-launched Electricpig last month we’ve been busy. Bowled over by the feedback we’ve received, and buoyed by some record traffic levels, so we thought it was time for an update.
We’ve kept improving the site behind the scenes. You might not have noticed many visual changes, but by now you should have spotted the site is running a lot quicker.
Stat fans might like to know we’ve trimmed the size of our pages by around 50%, so when you load Electricpig we’re using less of your bandwidth, and popping into your browser quicker than ever.
And we’re not finished yet, there are still areas we can trim, tidy and improve. Electricpig is set for more speed boosts over the coming months, and we’re doing everythign we can to reduce the delays between your clicks.
Thanks to everyone who gave us their thoughts on the re-design too. We’ve taken your comments on board, and are hard at work on tweaks, changes and upgrades to improve the site and react to your feedback.
But there’s more than fine-tuning going on. In the next month we’ll launch several new features to make Electricpig easier to read, and more relevant, no matter which sort of tech you’re into or where you are. It’s an exciting time, and we’re glad you’re with us.
