While some phones give you a fixed set of features and menus, the Tocco Ultra lets you shuffle its offerings around, using Samsung’s TouchWiz interface. There’s also a gorgeous touchscreen and whopping 8 megapixel camera. It has the potential to be Samsung’s best handset yet, if only there weren’t so many rough edges.
