TescoAll you call clogging mobile natterers out there, take note: Tesco Mobile has just thrown the gauntlet down in a new price war with a fresh Unlimited tariff, bundling in all you can eat calls, texts and mobile data. Let the undercutting commence!

BT and 3 have been doing their darndest to bring down the cost of mobile phone contracts, and now Tesco Mobile’s joined the battle with its new Unlimited tariff. If you’re prepared to part ways with 30 notes each month, you’ll get all the calls, text messages and internet surfing you can handle.

The only snag is the data isn’t 3G, so you might want to hold off on jailbreaking that iPhone just yet, but for those with a 2G phone, you’d be hard pressed to download more than the maximum 125MB a month.
