I can't wait for them all to start back peddling. I know 100% that it's fake, I have been to several of the factories that produce PS3 in Taiwan and know that's it's regular PS3 production ramping, and the slim is nothing more than a cheap stunt to try and stem PS3 "fat" sales. Now I wonder who would benefit from that???? It does not take a genius to work out what department in Redmond the PS3 slim rumours originated from, and what the motive is. I just feel sorry for the people that miss out on PS3 goodness, waiting for something that's not gonna appear for at least another 12 months. You can also expect the same gutter press and MS Viral marketing to spin it so that it looks bad on Sony for not launching a Slim just because the media got it so badly wrong...
