Pick up the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Prestige edition when it drops in November and not only will you get 2 special edition books, but this bulky pair of night visions goggles, as well as a disturbing head to put them on.
We’ve seen increasingly elaborate game peripherals popping up recently (The Tony Hawk skateboard, the disturbing Wii Vitality Sensor), but while the Modern Warfare 2 goggles don’t plug into the game in anyway, they still top the list of best gaming add ons-ever in our book.
The Modern Warfare 2 Prestige edition is likely to cost more than £100 on release unfortunately, but ask yourself this: can you really put a price on looking like Sam Fisher (We’re mixing games, we know)? The only way you’ll beat us to the front of the queue for these is with some espionage of your own.
