Michael Jackson’s barely had a chance to rest in peace. And to add to the already bizarre chatter about brain–free coffins and soap opera–esque custody wranglings, there’s a new rumour to throw on the fire – Michael Jackson: The Videogame. Read on to find out just when you’ll be virtually donning that white glove.
Word of a Michael Jackson game has been circulating ever since the star was found dead in his LA mansion. But now his own production company, MJJ Productions, has said it’s in the works.
The Michael Jackson game has apparently been in the pipeline for ‘several months’ and is said to include Jacko’s very own voice, plus a string of his hits. Plans are to have the game on shelves by Christmas, with the Xbox 360 and PS3 in line to nab the title.
Beatles Rock Band unfazed by Michael Jackson death
What this Michael Jackson game will actually involve remains a mystery. Could it be a Beatles Rock Band–style retrospective? Or will it simply be a remake of Megadrive classic, Moonwalker. Of course, we’re hoping for the latter, just with Dirty Diana on a constant loop in the background.
