Street Fighter IV has just launched for the PC, and to celebrate, Metaboli has come up with a great new publicity stunt: make Street Fighter II free, and playable from your browser. Who needs all those fancy 3D graphics, right?
Head on over to Kongregate, and if you’ve got Flash installed, you’ll be able to play Street Fighter II Champion Edition, which means you’ll be able to play as Ken, Ryu or even M. Bison, and have a crack at the mini games including barrel breaking.

Awesome. Little weird playing it with a keyboard, but it’s one of the better Flash translations of an arcade game I’ve seen.
