The queues for the iPhone 3G S may have been a bit underwhelming today, but a comparison with last year’s line showed up one guy present for both launches. Is this the nation’s biggest iPhone fan, or just the one with the biggest wallet?
Here’s the Apple store on London’s Regent Street: on the left is the queue today for the iPhone 3G S, and on the right is the queue for the iPhone 3G last year. If we’re not mistaken, that’s the very same guy awaiting Apple’s phone.
iPhone 3G S hands-on photo overload
He’s not the only person to jump straight from the iPhone 3G to the iPhone 3G S of course – the first buyer out of the Apple store has too – but not only has he either paid through the nose for an unsubsidised PAYG handset (Twice) or broken out of his iPhone 3G contract, he’s queued up for hours two times in under a year, just to get an iPhone he could have had delivered to him later on in the day. Is anyone else that dedicated?
If you know this man, let us know – he’ll probably be waving his iPhone 3G S around all day so shouldn’t be too hard to spot!
