I ordered mine on the phone as I simply couldn’t stand queuing PLUS I had to go to work as well!
but yes, I’m not happy with O2, leave upgrades aside; why isn’t there a better deal for existing O2 customers that were due an upgrade???

02 has successfully managed to kill off a repeat of last years hype. I for one would have picked up the 3Gs from day 1 if there was a reasonably priced option.

There has been much written about teh o2 Priority list but even with an average spend over £100 since I joined July last year I am not eligible for an earlu upgrade.

When my contract is up at the end of year it will be a case of do I wait for the next model or ditch o2 all together which frankly is what I am leaning towards. Hopefully by then another carrier has the iPhone or the Pre.

O2 have shot Apple in the foot really, the price of an upgrade is simply too high.

I’d love to upgrade but O2 are making it extremely expensive to do so and on top of that, the packages on offer are complete rubbish. I’ll hold onto my 3G for a few more years thanks!

It’s too expensive, plain and simple. Apple have been pushing their prices higher and higher and have now found out the limit of their fan base. I’d love an iPhone but there’s no way I’m paying this much for one.
